1. Check-in & Check-out Policies

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM | Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
• All guests must present valid Government-approved photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport) at check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid ID.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 1-night stay charge.

3. Swimming Pool Rules

• Appropriate swimwear is mandatory for using the resort swimming pool.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the splash pool area.
